Product Name: Galvanized Steel Gi Hollow Section Square Rectangular Pipe Tube
There are two types of Galvanized pipes/tubes:
1. Hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe: This type of pipe is crafted by immersing rust-free steel pipes into molten zinc at temperatures of 500ºC. This process ensures a robust zinc layer adheres to the steel surface, effectively achieving superior anti-corrosion properties.
2. Pre-Galvanized iron pipes: These pipes are fashioned from galvanized iron or steel. The galvanization process involves coating the iron or steel with a layer of zinc, providing formidable protection against corrosion. This zinc coating not only prevents rust but also significantly extends the metal's lifespan.
