Galvalume Steel Coil Aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets boast a distinctive smooth, flat, and decorative starburst pattern, all set upon a striking silvery-white base hue. The coating formula masterfully combines 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The creation of Al-Zinc plated steel sheet mirrors the processes of both galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing an advanced continuous melt coating technique. The 55% Al-Zinc alloy-coated Al-Zinc plated steel sheet offers not only superior corrosion resistance, but it also demonstrates outstanding adhesion and flexibility.
