Our premium hot-rolled steel coil is meticulously engineered from continuous casting slabs or blooming slabs. Initially, these slabs are heated within a walking furnace and then descaled by high-pressure water jets. The process continues as the slabs enter the rough rolling mill, undergo controlled rolling, and finally, after the final rolling stage, are cooled using a computer-controlled laminar cooling system. The process concludes with coiler coils transforming these into straight hair coils.
Our hot-rolled steel coil boasts remarkable characteristics, including high strength, superior toughness, ease of processing, and exceptional weldability.
