Unveiling the prepainted galvalume steel coils, these masterfully crafted products utilize galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 -275gsm) steel coils as their core material. Each coil undergoes meticulous pretreatment-where the surface is impeccably cleansed to eradicate impurities, followed by degreasing and advanced composite oxidation and passivation treatments. Subsequently, the surface is expertly coated with PE, while SMP and PVDF paints are beautifully baked and solidified to perfection. This renders them exceptionally suitable for deployment in corrosive environments and coastal regions.
