Galvalume Steel Coil Aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets boast a distinctively smooth, flat, and ornately patterned starburst surface characterized by a silvery-white base color. The superior coating composition comprises 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, employing a continuous melt coating process. This 55% Al-Zinc alloy-coated steel sheet delivers not only remarkable corrosion resistance, but also offers outstanding adhesion and flexibility.
