Through a meticulous pretreatment process, which encompasses surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation, the surface is exquisitely prepared before the application of PE. This is further enhanced with layers of SMP and PVDF paint, expertly baked and solidified to achieve perfection. These coils are exceptionally suited for use in corrosive and coastal regions, providing unmatched durability and resilience.

Substrate Type
