Galvalume Steel Coil Aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets boast a distinguished smooth and flat surface adorned with an ornate starburst pattern, all set against a lustrous silvery-white base. The innovative coating is a masterful blend of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel, utilizing a state-of-the-art continuous melt coating technique. The 55% Al-Zinc alloy-coated sheets offer remarkable resistance to corrosion, and exhibit superb adhesion coupled with outstanding flexibility.
