Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted using the finest galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the base material. This undergoes a meticulous pretreatment process involving surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation, ensuring an impeccably prepared surface. The coils are then layered with PE coatings, followed by SMP and PVDF paints, which are expertly baked to perfection. Designed for challenging environments like corrosive and coastal areas, these coils provide unmatched durability and resilience, making them an ideal choice for various applications.

Substrate Type

1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Celebrated for its outstanding impact performance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate is a favorite in construction and decoration industries, renowned for its reliability and effectiveness.

2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: This substrate shares a production process with hot-dip galvanized steel but features distinct zinc layer content and zinc flower patterns. Its enhanced weather resistance and longevity make it superior to galvanized steel.

3: Aluminum: Valued for its exceptional impact performance and specialized applications, aluminum is perfect for industries like refrigeration, insulation, and sterilization. Although its high cost limits widespread use, its superior performance makes it a valuable asset.
