PPGI Roofing Sheet is Made of PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated steel or color-coated steel, is produced from galvanized steel coil. After surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic coating are applied, then baked and solidified. The result is a lightweight, visually appealing, and highly anti-corrosive steel that can be processed directly. Available in a variety of colors, with options for customization.

Coating Types: Polyester Resin (PE), Silicone-Modified Polyester Resin (SMP), and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). Performance and Uses: PE boards offer high surface and cut corrosion resistance, with a lifespan of 5-7 months; suitable for roofing, walls, and structural components. SMP coatings provide superior corrosion resistance compared to ordinary polyester, with a lifespan of about 10 months; ideal for roofing, walls, structural parts, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF coatings boast excellent corrosion resistance with a lifespan of 15-20 months; perfect for roofing, walls, and structural components.
