Our superior prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted with galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the core material. After a meticulous pretreatment process—featuring surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation—the surface of the steel is impeccably prepared. It's then adorned with PE coatings, followed by SMP and PVDF paints, which are baked and solidified to ensure a flawless finish. These coils are exceptionally suited for deployment in challenging coastal and corrosive environments, offering unparalleled durability and resilience.
