Galvalume Steel CoilAluminum-zinc plated steel sheets feature a distinctive smooth, flat, and ornate starburst surface with a silvery-white base color. The coating's composition is meticulously balanced with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. AFP Galvalume Coil An AFP Galvalume Coil is a composite coated coil treated with a fingerprint-resistant layer on the surface of the galvalume sheet. The production process mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing a continuous melt coating method. The 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated steel sheet excels in corrosion resistance compared to galvanized steel of equivalent thickness when exposed to the same environment on both sides. This alloy not only offers superior corrosion resistance but also exceptional adhesion and flexibility.

User concerns about the corrosion of the cutting surface of 55% Al-Zn alloy-coated steel sheets have been addressed. Over 15 months of rigorous testing in various environments have demonstrated the excellent corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum coated steel sheets, even at section levels, effectively alleviating user concerns.
