Prepainted Aluminum Steel Coil With Coated Customized Color
Color coated steel coil is a product made of cold-rolled steel coil and (aluminum) galvanized steel coil after surface chemical
treatment, coating (roll coating) or composite organic film (PVC film, etc.), and then baking and curing. This product is
produced by the manufacturer in coils on the continuous production line, so it is also called prepainted steel coil. It not only
has the properties of high mechanical strength and easy forming of steel materials, but also has good decoration and
corrosion resistance of coating materials.
The color coated aluminum coils is aluminum substrate after color coating unit, the surface of the multi-layer organic coating and baked and cured composite materials. Color aluminum refers to coloring the surface of the aluminum alloy. Because the aluminum alloy has very stable performance and is not easy to be corroded, the general surface layer can be guaranteed to not fade for at least 30 months after special treatment. The density(2.71 kg/m³) is smaller than PPGI,also it has higher hardness, It is the lightest metal materials. The current mainstream colors are white, red, blue, silver-gray, and so on. Customers can choose different colors through the Raul color card according to their own needs.
Prepainted galvalume steel coils used galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 -275gsm) steel coils as the basic raw materail. After pretreatment (the surface of the basic raw materail is cleaned to remove impurities, degreasing, and undergoes composite oxidation and passivation treatment), the surface is coated with PE. SMP, PVDF paint is then baked and solidified. It is more suitable for applications in corrosive and coastal areas.

Each coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye coil and one circumferential, the contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors. Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof/resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped. And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance, and two-four such bands securely tied around belly of coil at about equal distance.

2.Hot-dip aluminum-zinc color coated sheet(pre-painted gavanized steel sheet) Hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel sheets can also be used as color-coated substrates (55% AI-Zn and 5% AI-Zn);
3.Electroplated zinc color coated sheet
The electro-galvanized sheet is used as the substrate, and the product obtained by baking with the organic coating is an
electro-galvanized color-coated plate. It has a beautiful appearance and excellent processing properties, and therefore can be mainly used for home appliances, audio, steel furniture, interior decoration, and the like.
