Prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted using premium-grade galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 -275gsm) steel coils as the fundamental raw material. Through meticulous pretreatment, including comprehensive impurity removal, degreasing, and advanced composite oxidation and passivation, the surface is perfected. Subsequently, a superior coat of PE, SMP, or PVDF paint is applied, meticulously baked, and solidified, ensuring durability.
