This innovative coating composition comprises 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process for Al-Zinc plated steel sheets mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing a continuous melt coating process. The resulting 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated steel sheet offers not just superior corrosion resistance, but also demonstrates remarkable adhesion and flexibility, ensuring durability and performance.
