The coating composition features 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. Produced through a continuous melt coating process akin to that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, this alloy-coated steel sheet offers unparalleled corrosion resistance, significantly outperforming galvanized steel sheets of the same thickness when exposed to identical conditions on both sides.
