Prepainted galvalume steel coils feature galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) steel coils as the core raw material. After a comprehensive pretreatment process-including meticulous cleaning, degreasing, and thorough composite oxidation and passivation-the surface receives a PE coating. This is followed by the application and heat setting of SMP and PVDF paints. This process ensures that the coils are exceptionally suited for use in corrosive environments and coastal regions.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Known for its excellent impact resistance and superior elongation and yield value, this substrate is highly acclaimed in construction and decorative industries for its reliability and performance.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: While the manufacturing process is similar to that of hot-dip galvanized steel, this substrate differs significantly in zinc layer content and surface appearance.
