Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted from top-quality galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the core material. Undergo an intricate pretreatment regimen that includes surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation. The surface is then meticulously coated with PE, followed by SMP and PVDF paint layers, which are expertly baked and solidified. Ideally suited for corrosive and coastal areas, these coils offer unparalleled durability and resilience.

 

 

Substrate Type

1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Lauded for its superior impact performance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate is a favorite in construction and decoration sectors, earning high marks for its reliability and efficiency.

2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: While sharing a similar process with hot-dip galvanized steel, this substrate boasts different zinc layer content and zinc flower appearance. Its weather resistance and longevity outshine those of traditional galvanized steel.

3: Aluminum: Celebrated for its exceptional impact performance and specialized applications, aluminum is ideally suited for sectors like refrigeration, insulation, and sterilization. Despite its high cost limiting widespread use, its outstanding tangible and intangible impact properties make it indispensable.
