Galvanized Steel Coil is crafted to prevent the steel plate's surface from corroding, thus extending its service life. The steel plate is coated with a metallic zinc layer, resulting in a zinc-coated steel plate known as a galvanized sheet. Utilizing cold-rolled steel coil as substrates via a continuous hot-dip process, this method ensures the coating adheres tightly to the steel, forming an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer through a diffusion process while the heated steel strip contacts the molten zinc. One of the drawbacks of galvanized steel is that if the zinc coating isscratched off,the steel is left unprotected and prone to failure. However, it boasts excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to zinc's inherent characteristics.
Based on the surface zinc spangle, it can be categorized into galvanized coil with spangle or without spangle.

Following the pickling, the coil is cleansed in an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride, zinc chloride, or a blend of both. Finally, the coil is immersed in a hot-dip plating tank, where it receives its robust galvanizing coat. Once the galvanizing process is complete, the coils are stored and packaged, ready for distribution.
