PPGI Roofing Sheet is made of PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated or color-coated steel, is a product derived from galvanized steel coil. After meticulous surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic coating are applied, then baked and solidified. This results in a lightweight, aesthetically pleasing product with superior anti-corrosion properties. PPGI can be directly processed and is available in a variety of colors, which can also be customized.

SMP coatings offer enhanced corrosion resistance compared to standard polyester, with a lifespan of about 10 months, suitable for roofs, walls, and structural parts of buildings, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF coatings provide exceptional corrosion resistance with a lifespan of 15-20 months, making them ideal for roofs, walls, and structural components.
