Through an intensive pretreatment process—including meticulous surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation—the surface is expertly prepared before being coated with PE. The subsequent applications of SMP and PVDF paint, which are precisely baked and solidified, further enhance its robustness. These coils are engineered for excellence, providing unmatched durability and resilience, ideal for challenging environments such as corrosive and coastal regions.
