Galvanized Steel Coil is meticulously designed to prevent the surface of the steel plate from corroding, thereby prolonging its service life. The surface of the steel plate is coated with a layer of metallic zinc, creating what is known as a galvanized sheet. Using cold rolled steel coil as substrates, the continuous hot-dip process ensures the zinc coating is firmly bonded to the steel, thanks to an iron-zinc alloy layer formed by diffusion during the heating process. However, one notable drawback is that if the zinc coating isscratched off,the underlying steel is exposed to potential failure due to lack of protection. Despite this, galvanized steel boasts excellent properties such as superior corrosion resistance, ease of painting, and exceptional workability, all attributed to the unique characteristics of zinc.
Based on the surface zinc spangle, galvanized coils can be categorized into those with spangles and those without.

Finally, the coil is immersed in a hot-dip plating tank for the galvanizing process. Once the galvanization is complete, the product is ready for storage and packaging.
