PPGI Roofing Sheet is made of PPGI COIL .PPGI (Prepainted galvanized steel coil) also known as pre-coated steel or color-coated steel, is a product made of galvanized steel coil. After surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic coating are applied on the surface, then baked and solidified. The color-coated steel is light in weight, stunning in appearance, and boasts excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can be directly processed and comes in a variety of colors, which can also be customized.
BOMIS is one of the professional prepainted steel coil supplier factories in Shandong province, China. We supply all RAL colors, and special patterns can be made, such as wood grain, flower print, camouflage, and brick. Our manufacturing thickness ranges from 0.1 to 2.0 mm and widths from 600 to 1250 mm. The color painting includes PE, SMP, and PVDF to meet customer needs. We offer commercial steel (CS Types A, B, and C) and structural steel (SS). We use Polyester, Silicone Modified Polyester, and Polyvinylidene Difluoride paints for customers to choose from.
Coating type: polyester resin (PE), silicone-modified polyester resin (SMP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Coating performance characteristics and uses: PE board surface and cut-edge corrosion resistance is high, with a lifetime of generally 5-7 months, and is decoratively average, suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP coating offers better corrosion resistance than ordinary polyester products, high cut-edge corrosion resistance, a coating life of about 10 months, and general decorative properties, making it ideal for roofs, walls, and structural parts for structural buildings, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF color plate excels in corrosion resistance, with a coating life of 15-20 months and general decorative properties, suitable for roofs, walls, and structural parts for structural buildings.

According to different quality requirements of clients, we provide paint warranty of 10 years and 15 years respectively, No peel off, No Craze, No ***. We issue a warranty letter from AkzoNobel.
