PPGI Roofing Sheet is crafted from PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated or color-coated steel, is a high-quality product made from galvanized steel coil. After meticulous surface pretreatment, one or more layers of organic coatings are applied, followed by baking and solidification. The end result is a lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and corrosion-resistant material that can be directly processed. Available in a variety of colors, customization options are also provided.

Coating Types: Polyester Resin (PE), Silicone-Modified Polyester Resin (SMP), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). Performance Characteristics: PE boards offer high surface and cut corrosion resistance with a lifespan of 5-7 months, suitable for roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP coatings outperform ordinary polyester products in corrosion resistance and have a lifespan of 10 months, making them ideal for roofs, walls, structural parts, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF color plates excel in corrosion resistance with a lifespan of 15-20 months, suitable for roofs, walls, and structural components.

We collaborate with AkzoNobel , Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, Aoboli. As the official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel, we provide paint warranties of 10 and 15 years respectively, ensuring no peeling, crazing, or cracking, with warranty letters issued by AkzoNobel.
