PPGI Roofing Sheet is made of PPGI COIL PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated steel or color coated steel, is crafted from galvanized steel coils. After surface pretreatment, it receives one or several layers of organic coating, which are then baked and solidified. This process makes the color-coated steel lightweight, attractive, and highly resistant to corrosion. It can be processed directly and comes in a variety of colors, which can also be customized.

BOMIS is a professional supplier of prepainted steel coils, located in Shandong province, China. We offer a full range of RAL colors and can create special patterns, including wood grain, flower print, camouflage, and brick. Our products range in thickness from 0.1-2.0 mm and width from 600-1250 mm. The color painting options include PE, SMP, and PVDF to suit customer needs. We provide commercial steel (CS Types A, B, and C) and structural steel (SS). Customers can choose from Polyester, Silicone Modified Polyester, and Polyvinylidene Fluoride paints.

Coating type: Polyester Resin (PE), Silicone-Modified Polyester Resin (SMP), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). Performance characteristics and uses: PE coating offers high corrosion resistance on board surfaces and cuts, with a typical lifespan of 5-7 months. It is moderately decorative, making it suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP coatings provide better corrosion resistance than standard polyester products and maintain high cut corrosion resistance. With a coating life of about 10 months, they are generally decorative and suitable for roofs, walls, and structural components, as well as steel windows and automobiles. PVDF coatings deliver exceptional corrosion resistance with a lifespan of 15-20 months, suitable for structural building roofs, walls, and components.

We collaborate with AkzoNobel , Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. We are an official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel. Based on clients' quality requirements, we offer paint warranties of 10 and 15 years respectively, ensuring no peeling, cracking, or crazing, with an official warranty letter from AkzoNobel.
