PPGI Roofing Sheet is Constructed from PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated or color-coated steel, is derived from galvanized steel coil. After surface pretreatment, one or multiple layers of organic coatings are applied, then baked and solidified. This color-coated steel is lightweight, visually appealing, and boasts excellent anti-corrosion properties, allowing for direct processing. It is available in a variety of colors, with customization options.

Performance Characteristics and Uses: PE coated boards offer high corrosion resistance, with a typical lifespan of 5-7 months, suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP coatings provide superior corrosion resistance and a coating lifespan of about 10 months, making them ideal for roofs, walls, and structural parts of buildings, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF coatings boast excellent corrosion resistance, with a lifespan of 15-20 months, making them perfect for roofs, walls, and structural building components.
