Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted with excellence using galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the foundational core. Through a meticulous and thorough pretreatment process-including surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation-the surface is prepared with precision before being adorned with PE. Subsequent layers of SMP and PVDF paint are seamlessly applied, baked, and solidified to perfection. Impeccably designed for use in corrosive and coastal regions, these coils promise unparalleled durability and steadfast resilience.

Substrate Type

1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Known for its remarkable impact resistance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate excels in the construction and decoration industries, garnering rave reviews for its reliability and outstanding performance.

2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: Crafted similarly to hot-dip galvanized steel but differing in zinc layer content and zinc flower phenomena. Its superior weather resistance and longevity far exceed that of galvanized steel, making it a preferred choice.
