The surface undergoes a meticulous pretreatment process involving surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation to ensure an impeccable coating surface. After this thorough preparation, a layer of PE coating is applied, followed by SMP and PVDF paints. These layers are then baked and solidified to achieve a flawless finish. Substrate Options and Selection
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Celebrated for its outstanding impact performance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate is a preferred choice within the construction and decoration sectors. It is recognized for its reliability and high performance, making it an industry favorite.
