Our prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted from top-quality galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 - 275gsm) steel coils. Through rigorous pretreatment, which includes impurity removal, degreasing, and comprehensive oxidation and passivation processes, the surface is meticulously prepared. It is then coated with premium PE, SMP, or PVDF paint, baked, and solidified to perfection, making it ideally suited for use in corrosive and coastal environments.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Renowned for its excellent impact performance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate is highly esteemed in construction and decoration industries, earning accolades for its superior color steel sheets.
