PPGI Roofing Sheet is made of PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil) is also known as pre-coated steel or color-coated steel. This product is made from galvanized steel coil. Following surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic coating are applied to the surface, which is then baked and solidified. The color-coated steel is lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, offers excellent anti-corrosion properties, and can be directly processed. Available in a variety of colors, it can also be customized.

Performance Characteristics and Uses: PE-coated boards are highly resistant to surface and cut corrosion with a lifespan of 5-7 months. They offer general decoration and are suitable for steel building roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP coatings provide better corrosion resistance than ordinary polyester products, with high cut corrosion resistance and a lifespan of about 10 months. They are ideal for roofs, walls, structural parts, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF-coated boards boast excellent corrosion resistance and a lifespan of 15-20 months, making them suitable for roofs, walls, and structural components of buildings.

Based on different client quality requirements, we provide paint warranties of 10 years and 15 years, ensuring no peel-off, no craze, and no ***. We issue a warranty letter from AkzoNobel.
