Our Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coils are crafted using premium galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 -275gsm) steel as the foundational raw material. Through an intricate pretreatment process-cleaning to remove impurities, followed by degreasing and composite oxidation-passivation-the surface is meticulously prepared. A layer of PE coating is then applied, culminating in the application of SMP or PVDF paint, which is baked to perfection.
