PPGI Roofing Sheet is Expertly Crafted from Premium PPGI Coil PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated or color-coated steel, is crafted from galvanized steel coil. After thorough surface pretreatment, multiple layers of organic coatings are meticulously applied, then baked and solidified. This color-coated steel is lightweight, visually appealing, and boasts excellent anti-corrosion properties. It can be processed directly and is available in a variety of colors, with customization options.

BOMIS is a leading supplier of prepainted steel coils based in Shandong, China. We offer an extensive range of RAL colors and special patterns including wood grain, floral prints, camouflage, and brick. Our manufacturing capabilities include thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm and widths from 600 mm to 1250 mm. Our paint options include: PE, SMP, and PVDF to cater to various customer requirements. SMP coating provides superior corrosion resistance compared to ordinary polyester products, with a high cut resistance and a lifespan of about 10 months, ideal for structural buildings, steel windows, and automobiles. PVDF coating stands out with outstanding corrosion resistance and a lifespan of 15-20 months, suitable for roofs, walls, and structural parts of buildings.
