Our prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted using superior galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) steel coils as the foundational raw material. Following a meticulous pretreatment process, where the surface is thoroughly cleansed of impurities, degreased, and subjected to composite oxidation and passivation, the surface is then adorned with a layer of PE. The process is completed with a finishing coat of SMP, PVDF paint, which is meticulously baked and solidified. This exquisite product is particularly suitable for applications in highly corrosive environments and coastal areas, ensuring longevity and durability.
