Its advanced coating composition includes 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process mirrors that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing a continuous melt coating technique. This 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated steel sheet offers unmatched corrosion resistance, outperforming galvanized steel of the same thickness under identical conditions on both sides.
