Our high-quality galvalume steel Aluminum-zinc coil boasts a distinctive smooth, flat, and ornate starburst surface with a lustrous silvery-white base color. The robust coating composition includes 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The Al-Zinc plated steel sheet is crafted through a sophisticated continuous melt coating process, akin to galvanized and aluminized steel sheets. Notably, the 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated Al-Zinc steel sheet exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance, outperforming galvanized steel sheets of equivalent thickness in identical environments on both sides.
