Galvalume Steel Coil Our Aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets are renowned for their uniquely smooth and flat surface, adorned with an ornate starburst pattern, and boasting a silvery-white base color that captivates the eye. The protective coating we offer is a sophisticated blend, composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process mirrors the techniques used in galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, utilizing a continuous melt coating process. Our 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated sheets offer exceptional corrosion resistance, along with outstanding adhesion and remarkable flexibility, making it an ideal choice for various applications.
