Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted using superior galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the core material. With an intricate pretreatment process that includes thorough surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation, the surface is expertly conditioned before a PE coating is applied. Subsequently, layers of SMP and PVDF paint are applied, baked, and solidified to achieve flawless finish. These coils stand as a testament to durability and robustness, particularly suited for deployment in corrosive and coastal regions, offering unparalleled resilience.

Substrate Type

1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Celebrated for its outstanding impact performance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate is a cornerstone in construction and decoration sectors, garnering excellent reviews for its dependability and efficiency.
