Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils are expertly crafted using galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as their core material. Through a sophisticated pretreatment process that includes meticulous cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation, the surface is superbly prepared. This is followed by coating with PE and the application of SMP and PVDF paint, all baked to a flawless finish. Perfectly engineered for corrosive and coastal environments, these coils deliver extraordinary strength and longevity.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Celebrated for its extraordinary impact resistance, elongation, and yield strength, this substrate is a top performer in the construction and decoration sectors, consistently receiving high praise for its dependability and performance.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: Sharing a similar production process with hot-dip galvanized steel, it varies in zinc layer content and the presence of zinc flower patterns. Its superior weather resistance and extended lifespan significantly outperform galvanized steel.
