Our prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted from high-quality galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) steel, serving as the foundation of brilliance. Through meticulous pretreatment, impurities are banished, and the surface undergoes an advanced composite oxidation and passivation regimen, ensuring it is pristine and ready to shine. A sublime PE coating graces the surface, alongside SMP and PVDF paints, which are expertly baked and solidified, making these coils exceptionally suited for both corrosive and coastal environments.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: This substrate boasts impressive impact performance and excellent elongation and yield values. As a result, color steel sheets produced from this material are highly praised across construction, decoration, and various industrial applications.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: Sharing similarities with the hot-dip galvanized process, this substrate differs in zinc layer content and the appearance of zinc flower patterns. While maintaining minimal differences in other aspects, it offers superior weather resistance and longevity compared to galvanized steel.
3: Aluminum: Renowned in niche industries, aluminum stands out for its high cost and exceptional impact performance. It is a preferred choice for refrigeration, insulation, and specialized industries, offering both tangible and intangible impact resistance and superior bending capabilities.
