Hot Dipped Color Galvanized Steel Coils 0.15-4.0mm PPGI PPGL Steel Coils
Our premium prepainted galvalume steel coils utilize galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the foundational raw material. Through an intensive pretreatment process-including surface cleaning, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation-the surface is meticulously prepared before being coated with PE. This is followed by applications of SMP and PVDF paint, which are then baked and solidified to perfection. Ideal for use in corrosive and coastal regions, these coils offer unmatched durability and resilience.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Renowned for its exceptional impact performance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate excels in construction and decoration industries, earning stellar reviews for its reliability and effectiveness.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: This substrate shares a similar process with hot-dip galvanized steel but differs in the zinc layer content and the appearance of zinc flower phenomena. Its enhanced weather resistance and longevity surpass that of galvanized steel.
3: Aluminum: Known for its premium impact performance and specialized applications, aluminum is an ideal choice for industries such as refrigeration, insulation, sterilization, and more. Although its high cost restricts its usage, its superior tangible and intangible impact performance make it invaluable.
4. Cold rolled sheet: This non-annealed steel, including galvanized steel and aluminum zinc-plated steel predecessors, is characterized by low impact performance, high material hardness, low yield value, and low elongation, coupled with excellent welding performance.
