Galvalume Az50 Az100 Az150 Aluzinc Alloy Coated Steel CoilAlvanizing refers to the surface treatment technology of plating a layer of zinc on the surface of metal, alloy or other materials to play the role of aesthetics and rust prevention. The main method used is hot galvanizing. For galvanized coils, the thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc bath to make the surface of the zinc thin steel plate adhered. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel sheet is continuously immersed in a galvanizing tank with molten zinc to make galvanized steel sheet; alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also manufactured by hot dipping method, but immediately after leaving the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.

Galvanized become important steel anticorrosion method, not

the effect of cathodic protection, when the galvanized layer
damage, it can still through the cathodic corrosion protection
to prevent the iron base.
Hot-dip galvanized coils can be divided into hot-rolled
galvanized coils and cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized coils,

Product Parameters
Galvalume steel coils used galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 -275gsm) steel coils as the basic raw materail. After pretreatment (the surface of the basic raw materail is cleaned to remove impurities, degreasing, and undergoes composite oxidation and passivation treatment), the surface is coated with PE. SMP, PVDF paint is then baked and solidified. It is more suitable for applications in corrosive and coastal areas.
