PPGI Roofing Sheet is crafted from PPGI COIL PPGI (Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil), also known as pre-coated steel or color-coated steel, is produced from galvanized steel coils. After meticulous surface pretreatment, one or multiple layers of organic coatings are applied, then baked and solidified. This results in a product that is lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and highly resistant to corrosion, with direct processing capability. Available in a variety of colors, customization is also an option.

We offer a comprehensive palette of RAL colors and can create special patterns like wood grain, floral prints, camouflage, and brick designs. Our manufacturing ranges include thicknesses from 0.1-2.0 mm and widths from 600-1250 mm, with coating options including PE, SMP, and PVDF to cater to diverse customer requirements. We provide commercial steel (CS Types A, B, and C) and structural steel (SS). Our coatings include Polyester, Silicone Modified Polyester, and Polyvinylidene Difluoride, offering various options for our clientele.

Coating Types: Polyester Resin (PE), Silicone-Modified Polyester Resin (SMP), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). Performance Characteristics and Uses: PE coating provides high surface and edge corrosion resistance with a lifespan of 5-7 years, making it suitable for decorative applications on steel building roofs, walls, and structural components. SMP coating offers superior corrosion resistance compared to ordinary polyester products with high edge corrosion resistance and a lifespan of about 10 years. It is ideal for structural buildings, steel windows, and automotive applications. PVDF coating boasts excellent corrosion resistance with a lifespan of 15-20 years, suitable for roofs, walls, and structural components in structural buildings.

We collaborate with AkzoNobel, Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. We are an official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel, offering paint warranties ranging from 10 to 15 years ensuring no peeling, crazing, or cracking, along with an official warranty letter from AkzoNobel.
