1. Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel Pipe: This manufacturing process involves removing rust from steel pipes and dipping them into zinc liquid at 500ºC. The zinc layer that forms on the steel surface provides exceptional anti-corrosion properties, extending the pipe's durability.
2. Pre-Galvanized Iron Pipes: These pipes are crafted from galvanized iron or steel, which are coated with a zinc layer to safeguard against corrosion. This zinc coating effectively prevents rust and significantly prolongs the metal's lifespan.
