Our distinguished prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted from galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) as the essential raw material. Employing a rigorous pretreatment routine—comprising surface cleansing, degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation—the surface is meticulously prepared to receive the PE coating. This is succeeded by layers of SMP and PVDF paint, expertly baked and cured to precision. Tailored for corrosive and coastal environments, these coils deliver unparalleled durability and robustness.

Substrate Type

1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Celebrated for its exceptional impact resilience, elongation, and yield value, this substrate shines in the construction and decoration sectors, garnering high acclaim for its dependability and efficiency.

2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: While sharing a similar process with hot-dip galvanized steel, it distinguishes itself through its zinc layer content and zinc flower aesthetics. It boasts superior weather resistance and longevity, outstripping that of galvanized steel.
