Our prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted from premium galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 - 275gsm) steel coils, serving as the fundamental raw material. Through a meticulous pretreatment process, impurities are cleansed, degreased, and the surface undergoes composite oxidation and passivation. PE, SMP, and PVDF paints are daintily applied, baked, and solidified, making it exceptionally suited for use in corrosive and coastal environments.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Renowned for its superior impact performance, elongation, and yield value, this substrate excels in construction and decoration industries, earning outstanding evaluations for producing color steel sheets.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: While its production process mirrors that of hot-dip galvanized steel, its zinc layer content differs, alongside a contrasting zinc flower phenomenon. It boasts enhanced weather resistance and longevity over galvanized steel.
3. Aluminum: Prized for use in specialized industries, aluminum's price reflects its exceptional features. Perfect for sectors like refrigeration, insulation, and sterilization, it offers excellent impact performance, tangible and intangible, with superb bending capabilities.
4. Cold rolled sheet: This non-annealed steel, also a predecessor to galvanized and aluminum zinc-plated steel, has low impact performance and high material hardness. Its yield value and elongation are minimal, but it possesses commendable welding performance.
