Comprising 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight, this coating delivers unparalleled protection. Utilizing a continuous melt coating process akin to that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheets, the 55% Al-Zinc alloy offers superior corrosion resistance. When exposed to identical environmental conditions on both sides, it outperforms galvanized steel sheets of the same thickness, ensuring longevity and durability.

We collaborate with industry giants such as AkzoNobel, Nippon, Wanbo, Ougeman, and Aoboli. As the official cooperative factory of AkzoNobel, we cater to diverse quality requirements of our clients, offering tailored solutions. We provide paint warranties of 10 years and 15 years, respectively, ensuring no peeling, crazing, or cracking. Additionally, we issue an official warranty letter from AkzoNobel for added assurance.
