Galvanized steel coil stands out as one of our top-selling products. It is an economical material that blends robustness with a sleek appearance. Additionally, it is easy to paint and utilize, available in various spangle sizes including big, regular, small, and zero. This material is lightweight, visually appealing, and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for diverse applications such as construction, shipbuilding, automotive manufacturing, furniture, and home appliances.

Galvanized Steel Coil is designed to shield the steel plate surface from corrosion, thereby prolonging its service life. The steel plate surface is coated with a layer of metallic zinc in a continuous hot-dip process, transforming it into a galvanized sheet. This process uses cold rolled steel coil as substrates. The method ensures the coating adheres firmly to the steel via an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer formed by diffusion as the heated steel strip contacts the molten zinc. However, a drawback is that if the zinc coating is scratched off,the underlying steel becomes exposed and vulnerable to failure.Galvanized Steel is lauded for its remarkable corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability, attributes derived from zinc’s inherent properties.
Based on the zinc spangle surface, galvanized coils are categorized into those with spangle and those without spangle.

The production and processing of our high-quality galvanized steel coils are meticulously divided into three essential steps: initially, the entire coil undergoes a pickling process to meticulously remove any rust and dirt, achieving a radiant and pristine surface on the galvanized steel strip. Following this, the steel coil is immersed in an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride, or a combination of both, ensuring thorough cleansing. Finally, the meticulously prepared coil is sent to the hot-dip plating tank, where it is expertly galvanized. Once the galvanizing process is perfected, the coils are ready for storage and packaging, ensuring they reach you in immaculate condition.
