Discover our top-grade prepainted galvalume steel coils, utilizing high-quality galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20-275gsm) steel as the foundational material. Following meticulous pretreatment-where impurities are meticulously cleansed, and the material undergoes thorough degreasing, composite oxidation, and passivation-the surface is then coated with PE. Subsequently, SMP and PVDF paints are expertly baked and solidified. This meticulous process ensures our coils are perfectly tailored for corrosive and coastal environments, promising durability.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Renowned for its excellent impact resilience and superior elongation and yield values. This type of color steel sheet has earned high praise in the construction and decoration industries for its outstanding performance.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: Although similar in process to the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, this substrate differs in the content of its zinc layer, and the occurrence of zinc flower patterns is notably distinct. Additionally, it surpasses galvanized steel in both longevity and weather resistance.
3: Aluminum: In high-demand industries, aluminum stands out for its specialized applications. Despite its higher cost, it is indispensable in sectors requiring refrigeration, insulation, poisoning, and sterilization.
