Galvanized steel coil is among our top-selling products. It is a cost-effective material that blends durability with a smooth, attractive appearance. Easy to paint and versatile in use, it is available in big, regular, small, and zero spangles. Additionally, it boasts being lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and having excellent corrosion resistance. Consequently, GI coil has become a modern material of choice across diverse sectors such as construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, furniture, and home appliances.

To prevent surface corrosion and extend the service life of the steel plate, it is coated with a layer of metallic zinc, resulting in the creation of galvanized sheet. This zinc-coated steel plate is manufactured using cold-rolled steel coil substrates in a continuous hot-dip process. This method firmly adheres the coating to the steel through an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer formed during the diffusion process when the heated steel strip contacts the molten zinc. However, one drawback of galvanized steel is that if the zinc coating isscratched off, theunderlying steel is left exposed and vulnerable to failure. Despite this, galvanized steel boasts excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability, thanks to zinc's distinctive properties.
Based on the surface zinc spangle, galvanized coils can be categorized into those with spangle and those without spangle.

The production and processing of our premium galvanized steel coils are highly optimized into three meticulous steps: Firstly, the entire coil undergoes a pickling process that effectively removes all rust and dirt, resulting in a surface that is impeccably bright and clean. Subsequently, the coil is meticulously cleaned using an aqueous solution comprising ammonium chloride, zinc chloride, or a precisely balanced mixture of both. This step ensures the coil is perfectly prepared for the next stage. Finally, the coil is submerged in a state-of-the-art hot-dip plating tank, where the galvanizing process is carried out to perfection. Once the galvanizing is completed, the coils are stored and packaged with the utmost care, ready for immediate dispatch.
