Our prepainted galvalume steel coils are crafted from premium galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 -275gsm) steel coils, serving as the fundamental raw material. The meticulous pretreatment process ensures the surface of the raw material is impeccably clean and free of impurities. Following degreasing, the coils undergo composite oxidation and passivation treatment. A pristine coat of PE is then applied, with SMP and PVDF paints baked and solidified, enhancing durability. These coils are ideal for applications in highly corrosive and coastal regions, offering superior resistance and longevity.
Substrate Type
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: Known for its robust impact performance and excellent elongation and yield value, this substrate excels in construction and decoration industries, gaining widespread acclaim for its performance.
2. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet: Similar in process to hot-dip galvanized steel, this substrate features distinct zinc layer content and zinc flower patterns, providing enhanced weather resistance and longevity beyond that of galvanized steel.
3: Aluminum: Renowned for its unique industrial applications, aluminum is preferred despite its higher cost due to its exceptional impact performance. It's invaluable in fields such as refrigeration, insulation, sterilization, and more, offering tangible and intangible impact resistance and bending capabilities.
4. Cold rolled sheet: As the predecessor to galvanized and aluminum zinc-plated steel, this sheet isn't annealed. It possesses high material hardness, low impact performance, and minimal yield value and elongation, but boasts commendable welding performance.
