The coating is meticulously crafted with a composition of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production mirrors the continuous melt coating process akin to galvanized and aluminized steel sheets. This 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel sheet not only boasts remarkable corrosion resistance, but it also features superior adhesion and outstanding flexibility.
